Jay Guruswamy

Chairman & CEO

Jay drives the company’s strategy and execution. He brings over 22 years of software development experience building complex enterprise applications with high performance requirements in the Utility and Energy industry. Jay began his career as an Intergraph GIS specialist.

He has many years of experience in utility industry. He has worked with Electric, gas, telecommunication, water, sewer and steam utilities. Rolled out many systems going through full life cycle. Designed and built real time monitoring and management systems for Sewer, Electric and steam. Technically designed and managed implementations of outage management systems and work management systems. Worked on spatial systems based on Intergraph, Bentley, ESRI, MapInfo and Oracle Spatial. Developed many geo spatial analysis applications. Processed spatial data and developed relationships between spatial features using custom algorithms and ETL tools like FME.

Jay holds a M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence & Robotics from the Central University, Hyderbad, India.

A science graduate by training, a principled leader with uncompromising convictions on corporate integrity and technical excellence. Her attention to strategic customer relationships establishes a standard for service and responsiveness unmatched in the industry.

10 + years experience in managing company, projects and clients Strong leadership and motivational skills; proven ability to quickly build rapport, establish trust, train and motivate people of all levels to achieve their maximum potential while attaining corporate objectives.

Technical Team

Our team has experienced specialists: software developers, engineers, and designers with expertise in different technical domains. All of the company members have bachelor's or master's degrees in the engineering and sciences and at least five years of experience in the software development field.
